To reduce unnecessary storage waste, excessive inventory, and traditional retail overhead, many of our items are shipped directly through carefully selected global fulfillment partners and trusted suppliers.

Every Virtbliss™ order is carefully prepared before shipment.

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days before shipment.

This includes:

  • Order verification

  • Product preparation

  • Packaging

  • Quality inspection

🎄 Peak Season Processing

During holidays, promotional events, or high-volume periods, processing times may extend up to 5 business days.

🚚 Shipping Fee

We currently offer a flat-rate shipping fee of:

$5.99 USD per order

Shipping cost remains the same regardless of destination or order size.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Because some Virtbliss™ products ship from international fulfillment centers, delivery timelines may vary depending on destination and carrier conditions.

Please note:
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed shipping dates and may occasionally be affected by customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.

3. Tracking Information

Once your package has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.

  • Tracking updates may require 1–3 business days to appear after shipment confirmation

  • Carrier scans are sometimes delayed during transit

  • If tracking appears inactive temporarily, your package is usually still moving through the shipping network

4. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

For international shipments, orders may be sent under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms.

This means:

  • Import taxes, customs duties, or local fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer

  • Virtbliss™ is not responsible for customs-related delays once the shipment reaches the destination country

Most small pet products typically arrive without additional charges, but import policies vary by region.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin preparing orders quickly to avoid shipping delays.

If you need to:

  • Update your shipping address

  • Correct order information

  • Cancel an order

Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Your satisfaction matters to us, and we’ll always do our best to help resolve shipping issues fairly and quickly.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • Packaging materials

  • Shipping label

After review, we will arrange a replacement if applicable.

🚚 Lost Shipments

If the shipping carrier confirms that your package has been lost during transit, we will gladly arrange a replacement order at no additional cost.
