If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help. This policy explains how returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges are handled.


1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

✔ Unused and unwashed
✔ In original condition
✔ Returned with original packaging
✔ Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

Items showing signs of excessive use, damage caused after delivery, or missing essential packaging may not qualify for return approval.


2. How to Request a Return

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • Return instructions will be provided

  • A return shipping label may be issued if applicable

  • You will receive the correct return authorization details

Important Notice

Returns sent without prior approval or authorization cannot be accepted.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before shipping anything back.


3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

Please inspect your order carefully once it arrives.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • The wrong item

  • Missing components

Please contact us as soon as possible so our team can review the issue and help provide a solution.

To speed up the process, we may request:

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return due to hygiene, customization, or safety reasons.

These may include:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Pet hygiene or grooming products after use

  • Consumable or perishable goods

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final-sale products

  • Hazardous materials or flammable products

Shipping charges paid during checkout are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not process direct product swaps.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to:

  1. Request and complete a return for the original item

  2. Place a new order separately for the preferred replacement product

This helps reduce processing delays and improves shipping efficiency.


6. European Union Customers – 14-Day Cancellation Rights

For orders delivered within the European Union, customers may have the legal right to cancel or return an order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.

To qualify:

  • Items must remain unused

  • Original packaging and tags must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

This EU cancellation right applies independently of our standard 30-day return policy.


7. Refund Process

After your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the refund status.

If approved:

⏳ Please allow up to 10 business days for processing
🏦 Banks and payment providers may require additional posting time

If your refund has been approved but has not appeared after 15 business days, please contact us for assistance.


8. Return Authorization & Shipping Address

A valid return authorization from Virtbliss™ is required before sending back any item.

Please do not return products without contacting us first.
